Plasma arc furnaces of direct current

Plasma arc furnaces of direct current(PDPPT) - the newest generation of units used for melting and endurance:
- Steels of any brands
- Cast irons (including synthetic and cast irons on the basis of Fe-C-Al).
- Aluminium and alloys on its basis (including the slags containing 30-45 % of metal aluminium, with liberation to 98 % of aluminium from slags)
- Copper and alloys on its basis, any waste of copper (in blends about 100 % of shaving, an exit suitable until 98,5 % are allowed).
- Various ferroalloys, including Fe titan, Fe chrome, a Fe vanadium, a low-carbonaceous and metal Fe manganese, a silicone calcium, calcium carbide, and also the slag waste which is forming by production of ferroalloys on standard furnaces.

- Sharp decrease (to 80 %) contents of gases in the alloys, caused by ionic conductivity under the influence of a direct current.
- Loading and melting possibility slags in volume from 20 % to 130 % from nominal capacity of the furnace, with use of different types of a lining.
- Lack of harmful consequences for a furnace condition at any operating modes and emergency shutdowns.
For convenience in work, PDPPTapply in the form of the installation including two furnaces and one power supply.
Installation structure:
- One or two PDPPT(depending on the order) with a lining and one power supply
- Hydrostation
- Water block
- Control panel
- Templates for stuffing of a bath and the furnace arch in fire-resistant weight
Also the enterprise is equipped with the centrifugal machines, allowing to let out to 3500 tons of suitable castings in a year.
Machines of mechanical shop allow to make a machining of received preparations, and the high-precision equipment of laboratory allows to carry out complete control of quality of preparations.
